Приключенческий тур, рассчитанный на молодежь с достатком выше среднего, производится обслуживание по «Первому Классу».
Тур рассчитан на проведение в городе Ольгин.
Тур включает в себя:
1.Посещение заповедников
2. Прогулка на лошадях
3. Купание с дельфинами
2.Обоснование выбора сегмента туристского рынка.
Природа Кубы очень красочна. В том числе в провинции Ольгин, которая идеально подходит для экотуризма. Туристы приезжают сюда, чтобы посмотреть на разнообразную тропическую растительность и
уникальный животный мир.
Экотуризм пользуется наибольшим спросом у молодежи, поэтому она выбрана нашим сегментом. Перелет и проживание является дорогими ,поэтому их достаток должен быть выше среднего.
3. Основные потребности выбранного сегмента.
В офисе туроператора организующего экологические туры, должно присутствовать следующее:
1. Наличие солидного, красиво обставленного офиса с удобным месторасположением
2. Интерьер офиса должен соответствовать тематике тура
3. Наличие всевозможных каталогов, фотографий, буклетов о местах отдыха.
4. Компетентность и общая эрудированность персонала, владеющего информацией о направлении
4. Возможности туроператора.
5. Туристские ресурсы, используемые при организации тура.
В процессе организации экологического тура используются рекреационные возможности города Ольгин.
В теплой юго-восточной части острова Куба расположена провинция Ольгин, славящаяся красотой своей сельской местности и гостеприимством местных жителей.Это одно из самых прелестных мест на всем острове:здесь необыкновенной красоты горы неуклюже склоняются к живописным плодородным равнинам, а побережье омывается бирюзовыми океанскими волнами.Пассаты дуют здесь круглый год,создавая специальные условия для приятного умеренного климата.
Ольгин является родиной 30% эндемичных кубинских видов растений, а также более 1000 видов животных, особенно птиц и бабочек. К природными достопримечательностями провинции смело можно отнести 34 реки, шесть водопадов, среди которых Гуаябо самый большой в стране, и 60 километров пляжей, наполненных мельчайшим белоснежным песком.
Первые люди появились на этой земле примерно 10 000 лет назад. Сегодня 19 историко-культурных и 135 археологических памятников могут поведать нам о былых временах.Одноимённая столица провинции, которую также именуют городом парков, была основана в 1720 году, а её памятники хранят на себе отпечатки сильного испанского влияния. Две главные артерии города улицы Мачео и Либертад соединяют между собой большое количество парков и общественных скверов.
