Destiny, Fact or Fiction?
Destiny, scientific fact, or mythological babble? I believe it
to be the latter. Please, permit me this forum to rant. In the
following statements, I will attempt to extend my realm of truth
to you, the reader, without engulfing any one of my personal
experiences, as I can not recall any particular incident that has
offered such a truthful virtue as the common sense that I am
about to orate. One of the various reasons that I believe that
destiny is nothing more than an illusion, is that the
person/persons responsible for creating our destiny would have
to be pretty sick, as proven by the third world countries. The
inhabitants of these countries are poverty stricken, in constant
pain, anguish and the like. Who would be baneful enough so as
to force these people through such pain and suffrage? It would
undeniably have to be the devil herself. And, if the devil
controlled our destiny, why would there still be religion?
Wouldn’t she make it our destiny to be driven away from the
word of God? Another well proven point is that, we, as free-
county dwellers, have the constitutional right to control our
future. Now, wouldn’t the master of destiny make it someone’s
destiny to change that? In this thesis, I have offered you nothing
but reality, as seen by my truth encompassing eyes that have read
the large letters of honesty on the billboard of life, stating quite
clearly that the myth of destiny is overridden by the fact of Free
Will.
