The most obtentatious of the travlers, the Wife of Bath has been married five times and is currently searching for another man to marry. The Wife of BAth is opinionated and boisterous, and her tale which centers around the question “what do women want?,” promotes her view that women wish to have autority over men.
I think the Wife of Bath would not be against too many things in today’s society id women were at least involved and they are. I think a role she would be against would be all these moms and wives that are “suppose” to stay at home, while the man works.
Like I said before, she probably would not be against too many things because most things allow women in the, like the military. She would probably be for that. At least in the military women can show that they are equal.
If the Wife of Bath could live forever the she would be really dissappointed to see that there has not been a woman president yet. If she was here today, she would probably try to be it.
I do not know how any man could marry a woman like this. If i were a man married to her, i would feel stupid. I would imagine she made them feel that way, that is why she has been married so many times.
