Константин
Кочолис /Constantine Cotsiolis/ - греческий гитарист, родился в 1957 году. В
одиннадцатилетнем возрасте дал свой первый сольный концерт в афинском зале
“Парнассос”, а спустя год был удостоен премии на Международном конкурсе
гитаристов в г. Алессандрия (Италия). “Подлинным откровением” назвала юного
музыканта итальянская пресса.
В
1970 – 1973 гг. Кочолис принимал участие в десяти международных конкурсах
классической гитары – в Италии, Франции, Испании и завоевал 15 международных
премий и дипломов. В этот же период он совершенствовал мастерство на
международных семинарах под руководством таких выдающихся гитаристов, как А.
Сеговия, А. Диас, Д. Дуарте.
В
1972 г. Константин Кочолис окончил с отличием Афинскую консерваторию по классу
классической гитары. В ноябре того же года он выступил с Афинским симфоническим
оркестром, исполнив концерт испанского композитора Хоакина Родриго, и с тех пор
ведет активную концертную деятельность.
Многочисленные
выступления молодого гитариста в Греции и за её пределами (в Англии, Венгрии,
Румынии, Югославии, Чехословакии, Италии, Франции, Испании, СССР) вызвали
превосходные отклики прессы, отметившей великолепную технику и зрелое мастерство
музыканта.
Константин
Кочолис ведет также большую педагогическую работу. Он заведует кафедрой гитары
в Афинской консерватории, возглавляет комитет международного семинара
классической гитары в г.Волос, является преподавателем семинара Эстергомского
фестиваля (Венгрия) и семинара гитары в г. Дубровники (Югославия). В 1978 году
издана книга Константина Кочолиса “Искусство гитары”.
В
1978 году за выдающиеся творческие успехи Константин Кочолис награжден премией
Академии наук и искусств Греции.
В
русской традиции фамилия гитариста пишется и как Кочиолис (в дальнейшем я везде
пишу Кочолис - прим.Rustik68).
