2 teaspoons of cream of tartar

1 cup of water
food coloring (any color)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for two to three minutes ? until mixture no longer sticks to the sides of the pan.
Remove the mixture from the pan.
Knead the mixture for a few minutes.
Store in an airtight container.
