Cuisine nationale du Bйlarus
La cuisine originale biйlorussienne a l’histoire sйculaire. En dйpit de l’opinion largement rйpendu que la cuisine biйlorussienne ce n’est que la pomme de terre et lйgu,es elle est ne des plus divercsifiйes trditions du contitent. Ici beaucoup de tradinions (c’est а dire des cuisines slaves, baltes et la cuisine juive) se sont mкlйes. Mais la plus grande diffйrence des plats biйlorussiens des autres traditions slaves est dans le processus du traitement des produits alimentaires.
Donc, une trиs large utilisation de la pomme de terre est une des caractйristiques les plus brillantes de la cuisine nationale du Bйlarus. On prйpare la pomme de terre comme un plat indйpendant aussi que toute sorte de garniture. Les plats du jour sont: la pomme de terre cuite, la pomme de terre frite, la purйe. Les biйlorussiens aiment surtout les crкpes prйparйes de pommes de terre, «dranikis». On prйfиre aussi toute sorte de petits pвtйs: des petits pвtйs au ris, aux champignons, а la viande, du poisson, au choux ect.
Dans la cuisine biйlorusse on utilise aussi du boeuf, du veau, du porc, du gibier mais surtout du lard. Le lard frit sert surtout de l’assaisonnement pour des plats diffйrents.
Sauf la pomme de terre on prйpare aussi toute sorte de gruaux et de diffйrents legumes. On aime beaucoup les produits de lait, les oeufs et les pвtes alimetaires.
Les cuisiniers biйlorussiens utilisent toutes les espиces du traitement thermique: la cuisson, le rфtissage, l’йtouffade ect. On prйpare beaucoup de plats dans la vaisselle en argile.
