Затем группа сменила название на "Extreme" и в 1985 году впервые появилась на телевидении с клипом "Mutha (Don't Wanna Go To School Today)".
Довольно быстро музыкантам удалось заключить контракт с "A&M Records", и вскоре состоялся их дебют с песней "Play With Me", являвшейся саундтреком к фильму "Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure". Сначала композиция "Get The Funk Out" попала на 19-е место в английских хит-парадах.
Третий альбом группы, "Extreme III: Three Sides to Every Story" имел хорошие продажи, но в музыкальном плане был послабее своего предшественника.
Van Halen".
