An abundance of themes from Homer?s era can clearly be observed in today?s society such as emotion, war, and honor. These themes are portrayed throughout the book in various passages, speeches, and dialogue.
Emotions play a very substantial role in every society, no matter how aged. Emotions are a part of everyone?s lives. They determine how you act and think. The Illiad shows emotions in every aspect.
